Initial Versions

Will the help of many, CEAS Initiative Portfolio has been growing of over that last few months.  It has emerged as a way for me to share thoughts with industry and alumni on what I see happening in CEAS.  I try to review with colleagues at UC to make sure I am not too far off base.  The initial releases were pretty crude and not always all that helpful.  Hopefully value is increasing over time.
